Let staff use the website
Anyone with Website login on can open ukyard.uk/portal and sign in with your shop email and their own website password. They only see Price check, Stock & expiry and Fridge & freezer — never sales, reports or settings. Give each one a password with SET PASSWORD (the till PIN does not work on the website).

Wholesaler connections
Show your own account's live prices on the till price check for Booker, Bestway and Parfetts. Prices differ per account and branch, so a small Chrome extension links this browser's wholesaler logins to your POS. You only need the wholesalers you actually buy from.

1. Get your bridge token
Paste this into the extension. Keep it private — anyone with it can link a browser. You can reset it any time.
2. Install the extension
- In Chrome open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode.
- Click Load unpacked and choose the wholesaler-bridge folder we gave you.
- Sign in to any of booker.co.uk, bestwaywholesale.co.uk, online.parfetts.co.uk in this same browser.
- Click the extension, paste the token above, leave the server as https://ukyard.uk, click Save & link now.
- Keep those tabs signed in — it re-links itself automatically.
Once a wholesaler turns green above, the till shows a green ● LIVE price from your account when you scan a product they stock.
Stock & expiry
Book deliveries in with their expiry dates — scan them in with your phone camera for speed. Selling on the tills takes stock down automatically.

Price labels
Scan items to build a sheet of price labels, then print it (or save as PDF) on your 21-per-page label paper (3 across, 7 down). The yellow is already printed on the paper — only the name, price and barcode are printed, placed to line up with it. Prices come from the shop — edit any label before printing.
Sheet alignment (fine-tune if labels don't line up)
All in millimetres. Paper width/length is what the print job tells the printer — leave it at A4 (210 × 297) unless your printer accepts custom sizes, as office printers refuse sizes no tray has. Always print at 100% / Actual size, never "fit to page". Use PRINT TEST GRID to check, then nudge the margins.
Areas on the label — where the name, price and barcode land (mm from the label's top-left corner). Use PRINT TEST GRID on one sheet: it draws these boxes so you can see how they sit against the yellow.
